just so you know, this is the creature that bit me three weeks ago when i was helping out in my fieldwork in gunung lang. besides leaving me four memorable tinnie winnie mini minnie holes, this squirrel also caused a jab on my left hand.

you may think i deserve it from the picture but no no. we had no intention at all to kill it. all we wished was a little of his blood to identify his species [DNA] and he just had to bite me to get away. aduhai.
